DEVELOPMENT CASE STUDY
ASX Development identified a need in the market for luxury, high rise residential condominiums. We worked closely with our architects and real estate agents who gave us valuable feedback of what the market wanted. ASX has been marketing the project for only three months and already 62% of the 74 unit project is pre-sold, and construction financing has been obtained. ASX is now waiting for construction documents to be completed. We expect to apply for a building permit in November 2015 and break ground in early 2016.
