CONSTRUCTION CASE STUDY
ASX was brought in by a non-profit health organization to take over construction of a 140 unit retirement center on 40 acres in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The non-profit had obtained construction estimates that ranged from $45 million down to $26 million. ASX was able to value engineer the original plans and delivered a cost plus construction contract with cost guaranteed not to exceed $17,980,499. ASX not only exceeded the specifications called out for in the construction documents, but also came in several hundred thousand dollars under budget.
